What is your turnaround time?

The turnaround time  is 5-7 business days based upon product availability. During the holiday season, this time may be extended. Please remember these items are handmade and do require a little time to create.

Shipping

I ship via USPS. You will be provided with a tracking number when your item(s) ship.  Please keep in mind once your package is with the carrier it is out of my hands. I am not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged packages. If you are having an issue locating your package, please contact your local post office and provide your tracking number. Priority mail and UPS are available at an additional cost.

If you are in Rhode Island you do have the option to pick up your order. The option is available during checkout.

Refunds/Returns

Due to the custom nature of your product(s), I do not accept returns, exchanges. If the item(s) arrives to you with a manufacturer issue, please contact me immediately on how to resolve the issue.
